Portraits are a way of reaching into the unseen. Each subject carries mysteries: What are they feeling? Who are they beneath the surface? In my work, color becomes the language of emotion. Skin tones dissolve into vibrant, unexpected hues that express not only the subject’s inner life but also my own response to them. The process feels like a dance between the subject, the canvas, the paint, and myself. It is a moment suspended in space and time—alive, unpredictable, and magical. With no rules and no boundaries, I paint with instinct and abandon, letting the essence of the person reveal itself. What emerges is not only a likeness, but a new creation: an image that exists both within and beyond this world.
